Branding on your vehicles is ok but wouldn't you prefer your fleet helps drive sales?

I see this entirely too often. Companies are satisfied with simply putting their logo, website and phone number on the sides of their trucks. Sure, this helps in branding your company (and is better than nothing) but the opportunity is there to do so much more. In most cases, this information does not entice myself or my family to visit your business. What would drive us there, you ask? An offer, a special, a deal, added value, a reason to come NOW! Why not include your fleet in this mix? Whatever reason you are promoting currently, should be reflected on your fleet too. For example, there are plenty of pizza companies currently running a $10 large pizza special as I write this blog. It is being promoted in store and in their traditional advertising but their fleet has a general branding message showing. The fleet is their media and should also display the offer and help drive traffic (which equals more sales). On top of this, the campaign on your fleet will be the most cost-effective one your run. Remember, they are your trucks, it’s your media and it should be your current message.
