Strength
The system is made of aircraft strength T6 aluminum and is fully anodized. So not only is the system incredibly strong but it will also continue to look good as the anodizing process will help protect the aluminum from pitting or rusting.
Ease of Use
As you begin to research other framing systems you will notice that many are really “wrap replacements”. Meaning that they are not so easy to use and require either special tools or considerable patience and time to change graphics. At Advertising Trucks, our system is designed for easy change. A typical box truck can be changed out in 20-30 minutes; a semi tractor trailer in only 30-45 minutes. The fact that our system is so easy to use further promotes the use of it as a marketing tool. Some of our clients will change out graphics more than four times per year. This ease of use really allows a business to use their fleet to reinforce other marketing efforts.
Safety
In Europe, road safety is taken extremely serious. The Traxx system has been tested at the MIRA facility in England at speeds of over 70 MPH twice, once in 2003 and again in 2011.
